Drive in the colonial section of Rabat which is dotted with well maintained Art-Deco sequences that date back to the French occupation era.

Stop 1
Visit the royal palace compound, a massive area made of various governmental and residential sections. This is an ideal stop where to learn about the Moroccan monarchy, its history and traditions as well as its significance for the countries' identity.

Stop 2
Stop at Chellah necropolis, an enclosure where different civilizations have left their marks. Please note that in order to have access, visitors are expected to purchase admission tickets starting from 70 Dirhams per person.

Stop 3
Have access to the exquisite Mausoleum of kings Mohammed V and Hassan II. Take the chance to take wonderful photos with the ceremonial royal guards.

Stop 4
Walk through the Jewish district and learn about the socio-economic dynamism that has marked it since its creation early 19th century. Explore the rest of the laid back medina and its Bazar market which is flanked by myriads of colorful artisanal shops and workshops

Stop 5
This is an optional stop. Your guide will be pleased to recommend a restaurant where you can enjoy your lunch before resuming the tour.

Stop 6
Enjoy the atmospheric vibe of the Oudayas Kasbah and have a walk in the whitewashed alleyways. Originally built mid 12th century, this fortress gathers the legacy of former dynasties in addition to that of the Andalucian families who settled in Rabat after their expulsion from Andalucia. Before ending the tour, treat yourself with Moroccan mint tea at the Moorish cafe & refresh your mind with a stroll in the Andalucian garden.
